License Terms

This page explains the license under which designs ("Designs") published on SVGShare may be used. Each Design listing displays a license tier — Free, Commercial, or Premium — and the terms below apply according to that tier. By downloading a Design, you agree to comply with the license terms applicable to that Design, in addition to our general Terms of Service.

1. Free License

Designs marked Free are provided under the following terms:

You may:

✅ Use the Design in personal projects
✅ Use the Design in commercial projects, including physical products such as T-shirts, mugs, and stickers produced via print-on-demand
✅ Use the Design in client work, provided the client is not granted rights beyond what this license allows
✅ Use the Design in digital products such as templates, social media graphics, and websites
✅ Modify, resize, recolor, crop, and otherwise adapt the Design to fit your project
✅ Use the Design across an unlimited number of end-products, with no attribution required (though credit is appreciated)

You may not:

❌ Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Design file itself (in original or minimally-modified form), whether for free or for payment, including on stock asset marketplaces, design bundle sites, or NFT platforms
❌ Claim copyright ownership or original authorship of an unmodified or substantially similar Design
❌ Include the Design, or derivatives that are substantially similar to the original, in any competing design library, template marketplace, or asset subscription service
❌ Use the Design to create a trademark, logo, or brand identity intended for registration without confirming there is no conflict with existing third-party rights
❌ Use the Design in connection with content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that promotes hate, violence, discrimination, or illegal activity
❌ Use the Design in a way that infringes the rights of any third party, including any individual depicted, referenced, or parodied in the Design

2. Commercial License

Designs marked Commercial include everything in the Free License above, with an expanded scope of permitted use intended for higher-volume or business use cases, as specified in the individual Design listing (for example, higher print run limits, use in resale-ready product lines, or extended file formats). Where a Commercial-tier Design specifies additional or different terms in its listing, those listing-specific terms control over the general terms in this section to the extent of any conflict.

3. Premium License

Designs marked Premium may require payment or have additional access conditions as shown on the Design listing. Premium Designs are licensed, not sold — you receive a license to use the Design as described in the listing and this page; SVGShare and/or the original creator retains ownership and copyright of the underlying artwork. Refunds, if offered, are subject to the policy stated at the time of purchase. Sharing your access credentials or downloaded Premium files with people who have not licensed them is not permitted.

4. Attribution

Attribution is not required for Free or Commercial Designs unless stated otherwise on the specific listing. If you'd like to credit SVGShare, a link back to https://svgshare.pro is appreciated but never required.

5. Trademarks, Brands & Third-Party Marks

Designs may not be used in a way that infringes any trademark, brand identity, or publicity rights of any individual or organization. Some Designs may stylistically reference popular themes, holidays, or genres (for example, "retro," "anime," or "horror" styles) without referencing any specific copyrighted character, franchise, or brand; you are responsible for ensuring your final use does not create consumer confusion with, or infringe the rights of, any third party.

6. Third-Party & Contributor Content

Some Designs may be created by, or licensed from, third-party contributors or stock content providers under terms equivalent to or more permissive than this License. Where a Design is sourced from a third party, SVGShare represents that it has obtained rights sufficient to sublicense the Design to you under the terms of this page, but does not provide any warranty beyond what is stated in our Terms of Service.

7. License Duration and Termination

This license is granted for as long as you comply with its terms. If you violate any term of this License, the license to the affected Design(s) terminates automatically, and you must cease using the Design and destroy any copies in your possession. We reserve the right to remove any Design from the Service or update its license tier at any time; such changes do not retroactively affect downloads made prior to the change under the terms then in effect.

8. Disclaimer

Designs are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. See Sections 11–12 of our Terms of Service for our full disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability, which apply to your use of all Designs.
