DMCA / Copyright Takedown Policy

Last updated: July 2026

1. Our Commitment to Copyright

SVGShare respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users and contributors to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and comparable laws in other jurisdictions. This page describes how to submit a takedown notice, how we process it, and how a counter-notice may be filed if you believe content was removed in error.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe in good faith that a Design, image, or other content hosted on SVGShare infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to our designated agent containing all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works;
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed, including the specific URL(s) on SVGShare where the material is located, with enough detail to allow us to locate it;
  4. Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Notices that do not include all of the above information may not be actionable. Please send notices to:

Email: admin@svgshare.pro
Subject line: "DMCA Takedown Notice"

3. Our Response Process

Upon receipt of a valid takedown notice, we will, in accordance with the DMCA:

We reserve the right to remove content reported as infringing even if a notice does not strictly meet every formal requirement above, where we believe in good faith that removal is appropriate.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted or that was removed was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated agent (contact above) that includes all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before it was removed;
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district (or, if outside the United States, an appropriate jurisdiction agreed with us), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice or their agent.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may, at our discretion and as permitted by law, restore the removed material after a reasonable waiting period unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a legal action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringement.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts and submission privileges of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of the intellectual property rights of others.

6. False Claims

Please note that under the DMCA and applicable law, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability, including for damages and attorneys' fees. Submit takedown notices and counter-notices only if you genuinely believe the statements within them are accurate.
